Why Did I Buy Cellucor M5 Extreme? Is it Worth Buying?
I'll have to write up a full in depth review of this preworkout supplement (and that will take some time given the fact that I'll be laying out a case study of sorts), but for now, let's take a look at why I bought M5 Extreme, and help you find out if you should buy this Cellucor product.
I'm certainly not the only one with good things to say about Cellucor's popular preworkout supplement. One of the reasons I bought M5 is because of the positive reviews on Amazon.com.
The M5 Extreme preworkout supplement is for those who are keen on sticking to a strict weight lifting regime. If you know what you want to do, and you know you'll be doing it on a consistent basis, then this preworkout supplement can absolutely help with your gains. M5 is composed of proven ingredients for increased endurance and a quicker pace of building muscle mass.
This product is meant for those who have a pretty good idea of what they are doing. Your average joe isn't going to be taking M5 because your average joe doesn't need the energy and endurance that Cellucor's product offers. Ideally, you want to have a weight lifting schedule in place, and have gained some muscle mass with said schedule, before you go ahead and supplement with M5.
Cellucor's M5 Extreme is absolutely worth it for those lifters who want to expand upon building muscle mass by adding more intensity to the process, and thus, speeding it up when done right.
Taking M5 for Weight Loss and Building Lean Muscle
I have quite a bit of experience with Cellucor's C4 supplement. It's a solid supplement, for sure. I haven't tried dozens and dozens of preworkout supplements, but I have tried a decent amount, and from what I've tried, C4 holds strong. The reason I bought M5 is because I'm slowly getting back into regular weight training and an experienced user, someone I know quite well, recommended this to me. I'll be using M5 Extreme in conjunction with my friend's weight lifting plan to kick myself back into shape.
What makes Cellucor's M5 Extreme supplement so interesting is the ingredients that allow for its effects on the mind and body. The fact that it alters perception makes it worth investigating a little further. This is part of what i Buy M5 Extreme is about. (image credit: wikipedia.org)
Reason for Buying Cellucor's M5 Supplement
You could say I bought this workout supplement for a multitude of reasons. The main reason, however, is because bipolar medications I take to keep my brain in check severely slow down my metabolism and make gaining fat child's play. This isn't a good combination. That, and an experienced lifter I know gave it a great review and spoke of it highly. And so, off I went to Amazon.
I bought Cellucor's M5 preworkout supplement because of weight I've gained from bipolar meds I take. From past experience, I know that smart supplementation coupled with regular exercise (weight training and cardio) is not only great for losing weight and getting into shape, but also a great alternative treatment for bipolar disorder symptoms.
I decided to buy some M5 and went to good ol' Amazon.
Exercise is probably the best alternative to traditional meds out there. M5 will add to the treatment process of proper diet and exercise with its interesting ingredient make up, including tyrosine, a precursor to dopamine, as a part of its energy blend. I'll dig deeper into the ingredients and what they do, but essentially, M5 Extreme is absolutely psychoactive, which makes it all the more interesting.
M5 will serve an important role in my goal of gaining lean muscle mass and losing body fat. Diet and exercise always come first, but if I use this preworkout supplement correctly, I'm sure I'll see results quicker. The reason I'm blogging about the supplement is because some of the ingredients interest me (they are psychoactive), I want to stay on track with my transition into a more active lifestyle, and I've been blogging for over a year now.
My main blog is called The Bipolar One (thebipolarone.com), but I've also just started a blog dedicated to losing weight gained because of bipolar drugs. It's called My Bipolar Weight Loss and it's a journal of sorts. Blogging has really helped me deal with bipolar disorder, stick to healthier lifestyle choices, and stay aware of the treatment process. I figure my weight loss blog will help me stick to the plan. If weight lifting has taught me anything, it's that with time and persistence, you'll always see results.
Taking Cellucor M5 Extreme While On Bipolar Medications
If you have bipolar disorder and take medications to treat symptoms of the illness, then your best bet is to first ask your doctor about taking M5. I've taken C4 countless times, another supplement by Cellucor which is very similar, and I'm fine. However, I know for a fact that M5 hits the liver and kidneys just by the fact that it has creatine in it.
In conclusion, if bipolar affective disorder is your daily game and you want to use Cellucor's preworkout supplement, first make sure that there aren't any dangerous interactions between the ingredients and your meds. There's a lot of stuff in M5 Extreme, which is why I highly recommend speaking with your doctor.
